SUNNY by Briar Hill Designs

This pattern, by local pattern designer Julia Wentzell, one of two sisters-in-law who are Briar Hill Designs, is deceivingly simple.  It's fat quarter friendly, and the center of each circle is a square, with strips added on each side, and little snippets of your fat quarter fabrics making up the background "confetti" design.  The pattern was designed to showcase this year's (2023) new fabric range, Bunny Hill, which they designed for Robert Kaufman.  Just adorable!
